Your first session

A short practice session helps you check your audio and see how CueFlect uses your experience. Start with a mock interview before the one that counts.

Get ready

• Sign in. Your account determines which modes are available.
• Set up speech transcription. Setup downloads a speech model so your speech is transcribed on your PC. On the Cloud edition you choose the model, or you can choose cloud transcription instead.
• Choose your input. Computer Audio captures what your PC plays, such as the other side of a call. Choose the input that carries the questions you want CueFlect to hear.

Add your experience

Open Profile Configuration using the person icon next to the profile dropdown.

1. Set your role and seniority under Job Targets so answers reflect the position you are applying for.
2. Write a career summary, or use Import from file... to bring text from your CV into the editor. Review it before saving it to your profile.
3. Add two or three STAR stories. CueFlect can use a relevant saved story to draft an answer from your facts. Without one, it offers a labelled framework.

Try a question

Press Start to begin capture and transcription. CueFlect is not listening between sessions.

• Audio capture happens on your PC in every mode. Both editions normally transcribe on your PC; gateway transcription requires explicit route selection in Cloud mode.
• CueFlect detects a question automatically, or you can trigger it with the hotkey.
• A concise answer appears in the overlay, with chips showing which saved material contributed.

Open Why this answer? to see which parts of your profile reached the model and which were omitted. Review the answer and speak from your own experience.

If you need help

Follow the setting or repair message shown in the overlay. A prompt that cannot fit the model's context window is refused with a setting to review; a missing model shows a repair banner.
