Refunds and cancellation
Evaluate before buying; get help when something goes wrong.
Evaluate before buying
Evaluate CueFlect with the Free plan before buying. No voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Legal rights and merchant refund policies apply.
The Free plan is perpetual and requires no card. There is no voluntary change-of-mind refund for subscriptions, renewals or credit packs, including unused packs. Completing an interview, receiving an offer, no longer needing CueFlect or dissatisfaction with a hiring outcome does not independently qualify for a voluntary refund.
When something goes wrong
We review duplicate charges, incorrect billing, failure to provide purchased access and material technical defects for an appropriate remedy. This may include correction, restored access, a price reduction or a refund. Where an immediate statutory remedy applies, you need not wait for troubleshooting first. Consumed credits and used packs do not exclude legal remedies or merchant refunds.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. Where your merchant supports it, your Subscription page also offers Stop renewing, which does the same thing without leaving your account, and Keep my plan, which reverses it at any point before the period ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time or credits, delete your account or delete data on your machine.
You can also decide when you buy. Where the checkout offers Renew automatically, unticking it pays for the current period only: your plan works to the end of it and is not charged again. If the payment provider does not apply that, we keep trying and email you before the renewal date, and you can still cancel from your account at any time. If a renewal is charged before we succeed, that is a billing error rather than a change of mind: we email you and review the charge.
Credit packs
Packs expire 12 months after your most recent pack purchase. Buying a pack extends your unspent purchased credits to that date; refunding the newer pack does not shorten the extension. Packs, including unused packs, follow the same refund policy.
Your legal rights and the merchant
Mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies for a product that is not as described, and statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. EU/EEA and UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal period where applicable. Digital content and ongoing services have different requirements. Using Free, accepting our terms or starting a subscription does not by itself waive withdrawal rights.
The merchant on your receipt processes refunds under its own terms and applicable law. Paddle, which sells CueFlect's plans, retains independent refund discretion, as would Lemon Squeezy if CueFlect sold new plans through it instead. Follow the merchant's checkout and buyer terms for applicable consent requirements and withdrawal routes. You may contact it directly; contacting CueFlect support first is not required.
How to ask
For discretionary review, open a ticket from your account or the desktop Contact support screen. Provide a purchase reference or account and approximate charge date, plus a short explanation. We may ask for necessary technical details, never interview recordings or proof of a hiring result. Statutory withdrawal does not require a discretionary refund reason. Approved refunds return through the merchant to the original payment method on its timeline. See our terms and support page.
