Terms of use

A summary of what CueFlect is for, and what you agree to when you use it.

This page is a summary

The full agreement ships with the application. CueFlect presents it before your first practice session and will not start one until you accept it; you can reopen it at any time from Settings → Privacy. Where this page and the agreement differ, the agreement governs.

What CueFlect is for

Real-time help in English technical interviews: CueFlect listens, catches the question, and streams an answer grounded in the material you saved — and the same sessions work for rehearsal. What you have agreed to with an interviewer, employer or certifier is between you and them; CueFlect does not monitor how you use it and does not make that call for you. The ethical-use policy records what we will and will not claim, and is part of these terms.

Who provides CueFlect, and who sells it

CueFlect is licensed to you by the company behind it, on the terms in the full agreement. Buying a plan is a separate contract with our merchant of record, which sells CueFlect in its own name and handles payment, invoicing and tax. Where a merchant's terms refer to the supplier's agreement, the agreement that ships with the application is it.

Your account and your devices

An account is required. A plan covers two devices, and you can deactivate one at any time from your account. Sign-in is a link sent to your email or, if you choose, your Google account — there is no CueFlect password to create or lose.

Other participants' information

You must have lawful authority to capture audio, take screenshots and submit information about other people, and provide legally required notices and obtain required permissions. Accepting these terms does not supply another participant's consent or establish a lawful basis for their information. The participant privacy disclosure explains the data flow and how to contact us. These terms bind the customer, not other people on a call, and do not remove CueFlect's own legal obligations.

What you provide

Your profile, stories and job targets are yours. You are responsible for having the right to use any document you import, and for what you choose to approve for cloud processing.

What CueFlect does not promise

To the extent permitted by law, CueFlect is provided "as is" and "as available", without additional warranties. This does not exclude advertised functionality, mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. No hiring outcome, concealment or uninterrupted availability is promised.

Answers are generated by language models. CueFlect grounds them in the material you saved and instructs the model not to invent your experience, but it does not guarantee that any answer is correct, complete or suitable. Judgement stays with you.

Changing plans, and ending them

You can change or cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; it does not automatically refund unused time or credits. Evaluate CueFlect with the Free plan before buying. No voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Legal rights and merchant refund policies apply. Billing errors, duplicate charges, missing purchased access and material technical defects are reviewed for an appropriate remedy. Completing an interview, receiving an offer or no longer needing CueFlect does not independently qualify. Using Free or accepting these terms does not waive statutory withdrawal rights. Refund terms are on the refunds page.
